Giving Thanks and Giving...

Thanksgiving is such a great time of year. I LOVE IT! I think it's my favorite holiday! It's all about relaxing, EATING, spending time with family, MORE EATING, napping, MORE EATING, and taking time to acknowledge how blessed we are. As we sit around eating and enjoying our family and friends it makes us realize how much we have. We are truly blessed. Maybe this year we should gather our children together and decide a way we would like to pass along a blessing. Maybe this moment can teach them how blessed we are... help spark compassion and generosity in their little hearts. What greater gift could we give them than a thankful and giving heart? If you would like to use this moment to pass along some of the blessings God has given you here are just a few great ideas.
